So i havent played on the site in about 3 months and have since updated my software on my laptop. I come back to the site and all the sudden my action bar disappears. Has anyone gotten something like this. Also I contacted support and they initially responded quickly. I completed all the tasks in the email but the problem kept occurring. I emailed them back and they responded but saying they "escalated the problem to the relevant team", but they have not gotten back to me in 7 days.
