First of all, you've come to a conclusion I haven't - that he was banned for being a winning player. We have no idea why he was banned.
Secondly, I made no judgement as to whether it was OK for them to ban him. I'm sure there are a variety of opinions on this. I'm just pointing out that they have the legal right to do so, whether it was because he's a winning player, or they think he's an *******, or they think he's a fraud risk, or the customer service rep was having a bad day, or they drew his name out of a hat. And as for banning winning players, a number of sites have at some point done a great deal of this, whether we think it's OK or not.
But the larger point was he was being ridiculous in comparing his situation to OP's, since they have nothing in common, and everyone's tired of him prattling on about it in different threads. His hot take was completely unneeded in this thread, and I have to admit I feel a little bit bad for helping him further derail this thread to make it about him. If OP ever comes back, I'll rectify the derail by moving these most recent posts to BeHumble!'s thread.
