I've been going back and forth with Global Poker support in emails for a couple weeks now. They are saying my account and redemptions are "under review." I've deposited $20000 in the last couple months and have a lot of sweeps coins on the site. Wtf is going on here............. The latest response came yesterday after I checked in with them again and I have that image posted here, all I get back is the same generic crap that doesn't tell me if I'm ever going to my redemptions processed........ I've deposited large amounts for over 2 years now so it has nothing to do with that either.......... This is getting ridiculous. I will no longer trust Global Poker going forward to be depositing this kind of money..... If this situation is rectified promptly, of course I will take down my post and perhaps give Global another try for my business.....

Haven’t received a reply since I sent the last message to global poker support 2 days ago. No responses or comments from anyone yet either about this whole predicament? Can we get David Lyons or someone else in here who can help get this resolved please? @davidlyons Thanks!

BUMP. It's been over 7 days since I last heard from Global Poker support....... I've tried to be patient and polite with Global Poker, but this has truly gotten out of hand..... Needless to say I am f'ing pissed!!! This is a VERY UNREASONABLE amount of time to wait for an unknown reason to be "reviewing" my account and not processing my redemptions!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY WONT EVEN GIVE ME A TIME FRAME AND WE ARE DAMN NEAR GOING ON A MONTH OF THIS NOW....... WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD SOMEONE HELP ME, THIS IS ABSURD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bump, still no reply from Global Poker Support in over 11 days and none of the Global Poker Staff/Moderators on discord helping me either.. This is crazy man, it's really stressing me out daily. How can you deposit over $20k in a couple months and then get this bad of service is beyond me. I'm truly shocked and mind blown by this situation. Again I ask, please someone help me with this situation...

kind of alarming how many of these account-under-review posts are popping up. when they lock this much money there needs to be transparency. Gl op, hope you'll update when resolved

It has not been resolved and I have been ignored for over 3 weeks now by global poker support and the useless staff on their discord just told me to wait. Pretty sure it’s been over a month and half since I’ve tried to make a redemption and they refuse to process any redemptions and also wouldn’t tell my why my account and redemptions are under “review” in the first place before they started ignoring(ghosting) me. Beyond ridiculous..

If you read any of the Facebook groups, trustpilot, Reddit etc… a bunch of people were saying they got banned and accounts deactivated in the past few months across all their sites( chumba, luckyland, global poker). Some with huge balances and they are ignoring these people and refusing to process their redemptions as well….

my account has now been unblocked as of this morning....... I'm sorry to hear u r having trouble w/ ur cash out request. I hope it will eventually get processed. please keep us posted.
