So my account was frozen and they told me I need to send in my debit cards front and back that I have deposited with. I sent them the one they requested and 2 additional ones I have used in the past. I am missing one and they are saying I need to send that one in to be reinstated. I no longer have access to this card. I haven’t used this card in a long time. I deposit on the site with prepaid cards sometimes and that was one of them. It’s a little weird to me that they want me to send them a card I haven’t used in over a year. Also they had me send in id and proof of address. I sent those in a month ago already so Idk why I had to do it again.
I have been playing on global since almost the beginning and never had any issues. I am very conercned about this and want this to be ended! What can I do if I don’t have that card any longer?? This is ridiculous!

thank you for sharing, I too am also interested in how this is resolved considering I don't have my old card I used to deposit either. Maybe they won't request that from me but nice to know how its resolved if they do.
