I got my account blocked this morning. They asked for pictures of my credit card which I used to deposit. I sent them in as soon as I woke up but they still haven't responded. I'm kind of bummed out because I was looking forward to playing a lot today since I don't usually have much free time besides the weekends. How long does it normally take for support to verify this kind of stuff?

It was called a "routine security check". I'm not sure why my account was flagged. I just signed up last week and sent in the DL and selfie they require. Does anyone else have an experience with this process and can possibly shed some light?

Good luck, they are not very receptive on the weekends. Hopefully the zendesk momos are there. Keep badgering them using the same ticket number

To update my post - my account has been reactivated 24 hours after I sent in the requirements. Too bad it the block was coincidentally on a Saturday instead of say a Monday or Tuesday. In the grand scheme of things I guess that doesn't really matter but they missed out on me generating a ton of rake for them yesterday.

The title should read " Global Poker Routine Security Check".
24 hours seems reasonable for a check to be completed.
They did this check for the reasons you explained in your post.
There were plenty of other players generating rake so I'm pretty sure they did not miss out.
