I was on 6 tables of cash the 7k gtd table never opened for me. Did that happen to anyone else? Usually there is like 800 people in the tourney there was only 500 and only after like 30m they are down to around 100 players usually that takes like 2 hrs to get down to that amount. My guess is software didn't work for some of the players. I am tired of this software.

Wait a minute it says the game is playing but its from yesterday. Wtf. Go look at the 7 gtd right now it says its from a day a go and there is 105 players left. Great i just lost with quads to straight flush on one table and middle set turned boat vs 2 players with top pair and they river higher boats. what a beautiful grind. Well played global well played... I guess they wanna bust my ball they aren't just busting them they are smashing them into pan cakes.

So global is saying I played an 8/29/18 mtt yesterday even though the one running was from 8/28/18 and that they wont credit me back. I even screen shot it and send to them that the mtt running was from the day before on my computer. I could not find any 8/29 7k gtd anywhere on my computer the one from the day before was running. It shows its from 8/28 on the date. It shows at the bottom of my computer the date is 8/29. And they refuse to refund me back. I paid for a 8/29 7k gtd never played and they said i played it on 8/28 so they wont refund me. Is this real life? They are charging me double for the 8/28 7k gtd basically. And the one on 8/29 that never ran on my computer that I paid for they are saying I played on 8/28. So some how I went into the future on 8/28 to 8/29 and played the 7k gtd and I am a time traveler. I basically made history i defied time and speed and played the 7k on 8/29 on 8/28. That is their reasoning for why I wont get a credit back. That i basically played the 8/29 7k gtd on 8/28. Thats the hand history they checked was 8/28 7k gtd. And said that is what I played on 8/29 too. Is this the reality of their customer service? Are these even adults checking this stuff? They don't even care what the dates are I guess. So thats the new thing. If the mtt you pay for today doesn't pop up they will say you played it yesterday and they know this cause they checked the hand history from the day before to prove you played today.

global decided to refund me cause I am a valued customer and is one time courtesy. Not sure they actually did but they said they did. They would not admit that their mtt was messed up and the 7k gtd that was playing was the one from the day before. Then they say the same thing as acr. Clear your cookies ( them trying to say its not them its us). Like its my fault. Its clear in the screen shot its on them not me. they did another maintenance tonight so maybe they are fixing it

I have had this happen a few times out of the 100 or so games I've played here so far.

I was able to find the tourney lobby, scroll to my name, and open my table each time.

I also saw that issue with the 7k rebuy lobby from the previous day. I did play this event without issue on 8/30 but the results are not being listed on Sharkscope and I cannot find the "completed" tourney lobby with final results. Looks like they are not showing "completed" MTTs anymore for very long.

Ya 8/30 it worked fine but on 8/29 somethings was wrong. they said it was my cookies i never cleared and the 8/30 mtt played fine. I don't think they want anything tracked. Sharkscope gives us results and lets us know who the fish are. I don't think global likes that to much. Wont be surprised if its removed from tracking.

I was surprised when they started sending mtt feeds to sharkscope, but seeing as they must be sending the results they seem to like the fun players being exposed I guess.

Had the same thing happen to me in the hundo a few days ago. Registered the hundo and five hundo, was playing cash, and the hundo never opened. Went to the lobby and my name wasn't on the list of players in the event. The $1 was removed from my balance however. I emailed them a screenshot of the account history showing the buy in, and the lobby showing me searching my screen name and being "player not found". I got a stock reply from CS that was a bit LOL but at the end (probably the only thing the rep actually typed himself) they credited me back the $1.

Its crazy how stingy they are i looked at their taxes they made around 9m profit last year. Thats after paying everyone and operating costs. Stuff like this they should just refund and not give hard time about it unless a player is constantly doing it.
