Goat Leaderboard Event Goat Leaderboard Event

07-25-2019 , 01:34 PM
Hey everyone, StonedLife here. I had a lot of fun competing in the Rattlesnake series leaderboard that we ran last time so even though its pretty short notice I would like to try and throw together another leaderboard for The Goat series. I will be using the same points system from the last series the only difference is that every event will count this time.

Goat Series Leaderboard Pool - $25 Entry

1st place: 20 pts
2nd place: 15 pts
3rd place: 10 pts
Final Table: 5 pts
Top 18: 2 pts
Cash: 1 pt

All tournaments in the series are eligible. I will escrow the money through PayPal,Cashapp,Venmo. Depending on how many players join then the payout structure will be determined.

A minimum of 40% of pool will go to eventual winner.

Any questions or concerns? Ask here or send me PM.

Paypal - StonedLifePoker@gmail.com
CashApp - $JasonPaff

Wait, all events are eligible? Even the highs?

Yep doing a true leaderboard this time, every event in the series is eligible. It actually only adds about 6-7 more eligible events each week over doing the $33 and below.

Out of 100 events 74 of them are $33 and below. Plus you gotta figure the higher ones are much tougher so harder to get points in anyway.

The main feedback I got last time was disappointment that it didn't include all the events.

That increases the number of events I won't be able to play to be too high a number, to have any realistic chance of simply not lighting the $25 on fire. GL to all who participate.

If there's more lead time before the next series, maybe we can organize a separate competition for the rest of us little guys.

I seem to remember logan playing all lower buy in events last time. It was a joke anyway.

He did, and played them seriously from what I saw, but that's limited observation I could be wrong. Regardless, Logan is a crusher... you could ban him from all the L buy in events and he'd still probably be competitive on the leaderboard lol.

just make 2 tiers, 33 and under, and all buyins. double the gamble for some and get more runners adding the low tier

^^This. I wouldn't mind seeing 3 tiers actually, an L, M, and H. More gamble for those that want it, more availability for those on more modest rolls. This creates more work but I'd be willing to help track, I'm a bit of a spreadsheet geek anyway.

Again, just thinking out loud for next time, too short of notice on this series to get this organized imo.

yea unfortunately the late notice from Global made it too difficult to try and get multiple tiers going.

Hi, everyone. I already messaged BreakUbad regarding the two Sunday Scrimmage for the top two winners. Again, aside from the issuance of the tickets to the winner's Global Poker account, we will not be responsible for the funding and handling of the pool and players who participate are doing so at their own risk. Good luck to all!
