This isn't the thread to discuss this. But I'll bite. What have they done that's immoral?
You've been on and on about the rake, which isn't immoral in the least. Raising the rake in the high stakes games without announcing as such isn't immoral either, although it's certainly a horrific business decision and yes, probably incompetent.
You've also been on and on about their introduction of hyper-turbo sng's iirc, saying it's shady somehow and those games are unbeatable. But the truth is those are a game format many sites have and people want, they are absolutely beatable, and offering them isn't immoral in the least.
They are raking them too high, they are raking short handed games too high, and raking high stakes cash too high. This is all imo but also an opinion supported by what the industry at large offers. But people still play. I think $7.50 for a bucket of popcorn at the movies is outrageous, especially considering the food cost for that popcorn is about .25c at best. Yet the movie theaters can charge that much because people line up to buy it.
I disagree with a number of the moves GP have made, I think a number of things they have done are bad business, and I think much of it stems from a lack of understanding of the poker industry and poker in general. But I do not think anything evil empirish is going on nor do I see anything that suggests global has morality issues.
