I had to take a look after reading this comment. Its a crazy pay structure.

The only gripe I have with it is Everyone at the final table gets the same prize ....

I understand what they are doing. They are making sure as many cash as possible but imo spread out what the FT makes.

9-7 same pay

6- 4 same pay

3-1 unique payout each

Taking a closer look Global Poker might be using it as a sat like tournament. Payouts are in line with what the buy ins are for for the games in the series.

Good eye! That may be what they're thinking. Although the winners can just keep the SC it seems. With the final table payouts exactly 218 though, which is an odd amount, that seems like a great guess.

Yeah those payouts are really interesting. It also makes for a solid strat to keep in mind if the opening freeroll counts for points, and I am thinking it will, you just fold your way to 2nd place if you make the final table. Surely there will be a lot of "gamble" because we all make the same anyway.

And bubble play will be EXTRA fun, with a decent bubble every 9 players starting at around 50 players.

This is my problem with it... if the freeroll counts for leaderboard points. Easy solution is to take it off the leaderboard so it doesn't count.

If you mean the hometown heroes part, no, you have to win a tournament during the series.

Of course, I still don't have my shirt from the Eagle Cup LOL. So there's still no guarantees. But they did allow me to do the hometown heroes with just the hat.

Well it a good thing we have a secret killer strat that no one knows about... except for 2+2, but no poker players are on that website.

ahhh i see it now, yeah its only available if you win one of the tournaments or place on the leaderboard.

It counts to the overall leaderboard but not the weekly as week 1 starts the day after.

It says the prize for the weekly leaderboard is a ticket to 38-H/M/L, but what if you're on the leaderboard more than once?

Hello all, first time posting on here.

I won a ticket to a satellite yesterday and accidentally unregistered to the tourney, is there any way to get this back? When i tried to re-register the buy-in amount was taken out of my $SC.

Are you sure you were looking at the right tournament? When I won a ticket there wasn't an unregister button as an option.

I won a satellite to another satellite to the main Grizzlie event so maybe that is why i had the unregister button, since it was not a ticket to the actual target tourney. But by clicking un-register i can no re-register using the ticket i won even tho it shows an icon for the award when i click in the tourney lobby.
