They posted on twitter it will be refunded based on the cancellation policy.

Tournament started, no players in the money
If a tournament is cancelled before the payout stage is reached, all remaining players are refunded their tournament fees and given a share of the remaining prize-pool as follows:
50% of the prize-pool is divided equally to all remaining players
50% of the prize-pool is divided according to the remaining chip stack of the remaining players
Eliminated players are not entitled to any refunds.
If a tournament is cancelled prior to any eliminations, a rollback of funds is applied.
