When does Jackpot hand become profitable When does Jackpot hand become profitable

My local pub game has this jackpot hand, where if the total jackpot prize pool is <$1500, you have to flop:

1. Royal - 70% of the jackpot
2. Straight Flush - 20% of the jackpot
3. Quad T+ - 10% of jackpot

This changes when prize pool is between $1500-$2000, you can make the hand on the turn, and at $2000+ you can make your hand on the river.

It costs $2 to enter. The structure makes participating increasingly profitable in terms of expected value. Can anyone who is willing to run the numbers to see where does it get profitable, if ever?

This is live, so we can assume ~25 hands an hour, tourney goes for around 5 hours so maybe we see 120 hands per tourney? Which isn't really that much now that I think about it.
