Someone to build a excel for sports betting

I'm wondering how I would go about finding and paying a mathematician to build sports betting excels for me?
As me asking a question on this forum and not understanding the answers since I don't understand maths is just going around in circles, it would be simpler to just get to know a mathematician, and whenever I need new excel work done, explain to them what I require and pay them to do the work involved.
