in holdem it would be like this: suppose you have JcTc. there are 11 clubs and 13 cards for each of the other 3 suits.
total number of flops: 11*13*13*3 + 13*13*13 = 7774
number of flops with one club: 11*13*13*3 = 5577
so, probability to have a BFD is 5577/7774 = 71.74%. though keep in mind that with this way of counting, a flop like 7c8h9d is also counted like a BFD even though this is technically a straight! so be careful if you're comparing this result to something that a tool like Flopzilla will give you because it's important how exactly you categorize hands. for this reason, I don't feel like calculating it for PLO because combinatorics are a bit harder and I'm not sure how useful the answer would be.
