If you have a suited hand and the flop is rainbow, how often do you have a BFD?

In Omaha, if you have a singlesuited hand and get one pair on a rainbow flop, how often do have a BFD?

(If you flop a pair the probability must be somewhat lower then if you don't, but I don't know if the difference is negligible)

in holdem it would be like this: suppose you have JcTc. there are 11 clubs and 13 cards for each of the other 3 suits.

total number of flops: 11*13*13*3 + 13*13*13 = 7774
number of flops with one club: 11*13*13*3 = 5577

so, probability to have a BFD is 5577/7774 = 71.74%. though keep in mind that with this way of counting, a flop like 7c8h9d is also counted like a BFD even though this is technically a straight! so be careful if you're comparing this result to something that a tool like Flopzilla will give you because it's important how exactly you categorize hands. for this reason, I don't feel like calculating it for PLO because combinatorics are a bit harder and I'm not sure how useful the answer would be.

Assume hero has 2 hearts. There are 3 rainbow flop combos of suits with one heart. Each can occur 11*13^2 = 1859 ways.The fourth rainbow combo (no heart) can occur 13^3 = 2197 ways. Thus the probability of a BFD given a rainbow flop is

Pr =3* 1859/(3*1859+2197)= 71.7%

Given you also have flopped a pair does not change the result.

I'll leave the Omaha question to someone else.

Edit I see someone answered earlier so this confirms his result.

My goal is to build a balanced range and I want to know how often I am check/calling vs check/raising.

Thanks to you and statman for comprehensive answers.
