When a player is quick to turn over his cards on showdown When a player is quick to turn over his cards on showdown

There's a hand with Tom Dwan and Phil Hellmuth where Phil bets the river as a bluff, Dwan angles with forward motion and Phil quickly reaches to turn over his cards and stops when he sees Dwan hasn't in fact called. What exactly happened here?
The way I see it Phil intentionally gave off a reverse tell, acting as if he's eager to turn over his monster and this is why Dwan folded. However I think Caro suggested somewhere that being quick to turn over your hand is weakness, not strength. So maybe Phil just gave off a true tell of weakness and Dwan leveled himself into thinking it's a reverse tell?
What do you guys think?

The tell you noticed seems natural and is of course weak.
He also says "I'll tell you one thing it's not deuce to 7". He is eliminating one of the hands Dwan is scared of, implying that he has plenty of other big hands in this spot. I would read that as weak.
