I think it's important to remember to not force this stuff. Even in best case scenarios, it should be pretty infrequently you actually use tells to change a decision. If you're not sure about them, it should be even more infrequently that happens.
I'd say the two things to focus on are:
•*Behaviors from players directly behind you (just to get more focused on specific players as opposed to everyone)
• Behaviors from players making pretty big bets on turn/river (as those are more polarized situations so you're more likely to maybe notice some imbalances people have)
Hope that helps a little. But mainly I think it's important to have a very realistic idea of how often you're even best-case gonna be able to use tells.
