Qui Nguyen behavior/tells? Qui Nguyen behavior/tells?

Anyone have any thoughts on Qui Nguyen's tells/behavior at the WSOP final table? I was thinking of putting together some analysis/thoughts and was curious if anyone had some areas to look into.

What'd you think of his immediate bets? He had the big, quick river bet when he rivered the flush. Then he had the big, quick river bluff a little later, when Vayo folded Q9. I think the speed of his bet in that second hand probably through Vayo off, as Vayo was probably thinking back to the last time Qui did that, with the flush.

Some other stuff I want to look into more:

• Touching of his face in certain spots
• Bet motions
• Any patterns to how he held his hand on his shoulder
• Quick bets in general

I noticed that he was weak almost every time he touched his face after he made a bet. He was the easiest to read of the final 3 that's for sure.

when his fingers were open on the arm that crossed his chest. It seemed like he had a big hand. when his hand was ordinary, the fingers were closer together.

I feel he did have a few tells but the more experienced players were afraid to act on them. They could not predict his play at all. I was disappointed with a few of the others play.

How would you rate his overall play?

I haven't really watch closely enough to see too much. DNegs tweeted that he had 'something' on him but never said what that I know of.

It did seem like he was pushing his glasses back more often when weak. It could've been that they were just loosening up overall. He didn't really look like he was sweating where that may have been an influence either.

How did he play? I liken his FT to RReiss FT ... He took control and acted like he was the best player and always had the best hand. He certainly ran very well to make a lot of the River bets that may have looked bluffy. He finally got 'sigh' called in a couple of spots where I think folds were in order again but the constant betting on the River led to those calls.

I think his opponent made it pretty easy for him to get away on some Rivers where he could've bluffed or called bets. But with the 'overly' passive approach he was facing it made it pretty easy to make a fold 'knowing' that he could just chip back up in the next few hands anyway.

Based on some of the commentary he was pushing the limits with some bets both PF and for value, but it has been written in many places that if you may not have an advantage over your opponent then you should bet bigger and more often to keep the pressure on your 'more skilled' opponent. GL

I noticed that every time he was bluffing he started singing Lorde songs.
