My 2 cents:

I think it's unlikely Harrington had any tell-based read here. For one main reason, he has a section in one of his books aimed at showing that behavioral tells aren't that useful.

Regarding Arieh's behavior; I didn't see anything noteworthy.

Here, it's probable Harrington just saw a good spot to squeeze, with an active raiser and an active caller, and him (Harrington) probably having a very tight image.
