When you have a monster you stop breathing and that causes your body and hands to torque out. Many players use beta blockers so their heart rate stays static.
Cover your sides of your neck too since your carotid artery is probably pulsing to the point of explosion lol...
I'm not really affected by the strength of my hand or size of the pot as it's not the money or winning/losing that makes me nervous. It's just having nine strangers staring at me makes me very uncomfortable. When I'm heads up in a big pot they tend to be staring at me which makes my pulse skyrocket and hands shake. I've just been wearing a hoodie I zip up. I think it covers my neck pretty well...
I'd wear a balaclava if they'd let me
I do have some Propanalol. Maybe I'll give that a shot.
