Can someone give me some examples of what tells the neck/chest shows and what that might correlate to?

These players in the super high roller bowl wearing ridiculous scarves, is just that, ridiculous.

But clearly they are trying to hide their necks for a reason so, what might those reasons be?

So you can't see those big veins in the neck and get pulse readings. Can also use the scarf to cover one's mouth if needed which helps obscure breathing rate.
