I do not think there is any such book. In my opinion, that would be an unnecessary book. Most strong players don't think much about reverse tells; the focus (as I believe it should be) should be on just remaining unreadable.

I have a section in my first book (Reading Poker Tells) on this subject. There are a few problems with trying to use false tells:

•*You have to be fairly sure that an opponent will interpret your behavior in the way you want it to be interpreted. In most cases, this is very hard to predict.
•*Once an opponent notices you are reversing tells and being tricky, they will either completely ignore your behavior or spend more time trying to figure out your behavior. If your opponent is a more experienced player, they might gain an advantage if they do understand your behavior.
• For some players who attempt false tells, their false tells actually become their tells. For example, you might act a certain way when betting a strong hand that you think indicates weakness/nervousness. But an observant player might understand that you are more likely to engage in unusual behavior when you are betting with a strong hand, and might see through your act. This is a problem for players who aren't that experienced and who are playing experienced players.
• The more you focus on these kinds of things, the more you're taking away from focusing on more important things.

That said, there are situations where I think it makes a lot of sense to use false tells. I just think they're few and far between. I don't think you should spend a lot of time thinking about false tells. But feel free as long as you are comfortable getting into weird, confusing mind games with your opponents.

My two cents.
