Starting a dedicated thread for anything related to PokerGO and our streaming schedule for the 2022 WSOP at Bally's / Paris Las Vegas.

We will do our best to answer any questions here in this thread.

Below are some answers to questions regarding the streaming schedule:
- The plan is to have final table streams begin at 5 p.m. PT / 8 p.m. ET
- The plan is to have final tables begin with five players
- EVERY stream is available on PokerGO.com (not on ESPN or CBS, etc)
- CBS episodes won't air until later in the year
- "WSOP30" promo code gives you $30 off an annual subscription

We also have two PokerGO Shop booths on-site with one located in Bally's where the feature tables are located, and one in the hallway of Paris.

New to Pokergo, but so far I'm liking the organized schedule of all the live events. Also like the on demand content as well, really enjoyed Hindsight 2020, Dead Money and To Be Determined. I come from a background of nearly 20 years in editing and animation but decided to start playing poker full-time since covid, and so far I've been fairly impressed with the quality of production - didn't expect that.

Thrilled to see the $1500 Monster Stack. But, virtually all your coverage is high rollers and the last thing I want to see if high rollers. Two days with Jake the Cheat Schindler did me in. I have Poker Go sub for Main Event and any other lower buy-ins, but I will cancel as soon as Main Event is over. You guys think everyone wants high rollers. Maybe, but not me. For reference, my favorite streams are King's Casino and second EPT. I have literally never watched LATB or Poker After Dark. Maybe if you mixed it up a bit, I would have a reason to keep subscribing. Honest opinions here.

They put 7-2 triple draw on Youtube with no graphics at all because Phil Helmuth went deep. They stopped coverage as soon as he busted. Poker Go is clueless. Now, no stream until Saturday when I thought we were supposed to get Wed, Thur, and Friday evening coverage. The Youtube thing doesn't count to me as a subscriber who pays for Poker Go because they can't even use graphics. Really bad management over there.

Ya, I've noticed the schedule changing as well, but since I come from a production background I get it. Hopefully they won't have to look for advertisers. Been producing commercials for 15 years and can't stand them, lol.

So far tho, a 3 month donation seems fair - I'm happy with it.

If they can get more ongoing documentary style programs, news and other types of original content then I can see the possibility of some retention. Maybe when other states legalize and join MSIGA there will be a larger market for it.

Damn, just tuned into the Poker Go stream and they have pushed it out from 8 pm to 11 pm. Not sure how the coverage could get much worse. I just hope we don't get screwed on Main Event coverage.

We hate starting a stream so late, but players wanted a dinner break so started once that had concluded.

There were technical difficulties and had to cancel the 2-7 Triple Draw stream. We added the $1,500 Millionaire Maker final table tomorrow to make up for it.

We launched the graphic-less YouTube stream for the 2-7 Triple Draw as a small compensation, but in hindsight, we shouldn't have ended it early. Not just because Phil had busted, but it's a little disrespectful to the other players. We won't be doing that again.

So no ME coverage until day1D? Hasn’t there been coverage from the beginning in past years?

Hell, there is no coverage for days. Next on schedule in July 6. Really pathetic. Yes, there have been multiple Day 1s in the past. I am really disappointed. Note to Poker Go: the "bonus" coverage on Youtube for free with no hole cards does not count. You need to take care of your paying subscribers.

PokerGo, I give you consistently high marks for the coverage and commentary. Once the shows start, the production value is high, and the current cast of announcers and analysts know what they are talking about. Love the product, once it starts.

Scheduling and communication with customers, not so much. I know some of the scheduling changes are due to circumstances beyond your control, but that could easily be communicated to customers through email, social media, message boards, etc. Instead, for some reason, your communications team/management seem to think it's a better idea to act as if nothing happened and not communicate anything about schedule changes or the reasons why.

It's a huge black eye that there is no coverage of the first three days of the Main Event (with no communication at all). The ME coverage is a primary - maybe THE primary - reason a lot of people sub during the summer. To miss three entire days of the main event, with no explanation whatsoever, is very tilting. Especially when we got coverage of those days in prior years.

Sadly, the lessened coverage without any comment from PokerGo is totally standard. It's borderline unbelievable to me that there has been no official communication on social, or emails to subs, about why we have an entire week of no streams, and are missing Days 1A, 1B, and 1C of the main event. There are numerous tweets asking about this issue right now, but the PokerGo Twitter account just ignores all that and reposts videos from old coverage. Again, standard.

Official PokerGo 2022 WSOP Grades:

Coverage: A-
Scheduling: C (on a curve, since it's somewhat out of your control - but not having full ME coverage is inexcusable)
Communication: F

Bumping to see if PokerGo will have an official rep post this year about WSOP coverage.

I assume not, since they just stopped posting last year without explanation. I'm sure that was a result of getting called out multiple times about the inexplicable lack of coverage for multiple days of the ME. But hope I'm wrong, maybe they'll come back! Show yourself!

We like you PokerGo, we'll forgive you for last year's transgressions.
