I'm assuming he gets an email everytime someone tips. He's made like $50 the last couple of night on tips from what I've seen, and that is probably going to be the peak of his fame on twitch. I don't think he's making bank.

that and the "little knowledge is a dangerous thing" aspect of earning money on top of the streaming with poker. knowing the game enough to go on a ridiculous heater without appreciating how one in a million that run was given his experience and ability

For sure. It was painful watching him trying to 4table with "discipline" today when he started to lose. The only way he can win is by building a stack on one table and coolering people/sun running. He moved back to that but learned the hard way people dont always fold when you pot every street/10x pre

Nah he lost a good bit, 8-10k earlier in the night, was gonna quit, couldn't find a booty call, got back to playing and then out of nowhere started suspiciously acting super manic and spewed off like 10k more.

So his ~40k roll from yesterday is down to 20k now

But he did show enough restraint after his Aces got cracked for 3k pot or so that he closed Bovada

though he did hover over the rebuy options a few times

Plus I think his (in)famy played a big part in his undoing tonight.

Pretty much all the poker communities were talking about his insane heater last night and knew he'd be back. Dollar signs flashing in their eyes.

We know from this thread alone a few people who went out of their way to play him.

And you don't exactly have to pore over hundreds of his hands to find the exploits.

He left the full ring up behind his other tables and kept missing the action / having his hand folded. I think he checked auto post and then forgot to look at it for huge stretches at a time.

Then he dropped the full buy in on some ultra ******ed hand I can't remember right now and closed it out.

I think that's most of it. While Bovada's system is technically designed to prevent bumhunting, it's not super hard to sit the right table at the right time.

I wonder what the waitlists would have been on Stars or Tilt pre Black Friday if he was streaming, into the hundreds surely

Yeah I mean I don't think Bovada has much sympathy for a guy getting bumhunted when he broadcasts his sessions for the world to see on a 5 minute delay.

I got lucky to play at his table. I gave up trying to play w/ him after 5hrs and sat down at a random 10/20. Then by the graces of the poker gods 5 mins later he sits down at my table in the seat to my right.

Remember seeing his donation stream at one point. Highest was $1800 and there were a few others above 1k..Unless I read it wrong, he's def made some serious $ from streaming alone
