He is entertaining to watch and is the face of twitchpoker now that Carver retired. But he ain't nearly as good he thinks he is. The best part about him is when he punts 20bb+ with 25% it's a good play and has a lot of fold equility. When someone else does that (and sucks out on him) it's the worst play in the history of the game. But in the end that doesn't really matter. He needs to just break even and makes a good living from the stream. The army of blind little lemmings that loves to donate him takes care of that.
I said that Lex is the best poker player currently streaming on the Twitch platform. Never said he's in the discussion with the likes of C.Darwin, Lena900, Girafganger7. I've seen the progression Lex has made since he started playing tournies and it's night & day. With Bencb789's coaching, I can definitely see Lex becoming a top 10 tournament player in the not too distant future.
You're dead wrong focusing on Lex's SCOOP results because if you had watched his streams you would have seen how godawful he was running in crucial spots late in the tournies. He ships any of the 20'ish spots he busted in, he'd be up money.
Looking at your post history you do nothing but criticize Twitch streamers. If it weren't for Twitch poker who knows where I'd be in life. Discovering poker has been one of the best things to happen to me aside from marrying my wife. I love every facet of poker. Was watching JCarver's stream when he first started streaming and will continue watching good poker streams on Twitch. Don't think Lex is God, but the guy is going t reach the popularity of Pewdie, Dr.Disrespect, Summit1g on Twitch.
Lex not your cup-of-tea, fine. Exaggerating claims about his poker results or saying things that are clearly not true is asinine. If you could do what Lex is doing you would but you can't. Respect the grind and give props to Twitch streamers because it's a hard ****ing thing to do.
