The most advanced strat. discussion I ever see on his stream is "we are getting X to 1 to call so lolcall" which is great since fish will misapply this and make awful calls without proper implied odds or equity. I haven't once heard him say the words "GTO" or "range" so as long as it stays simple the stream is going to encourage a lot of bad regs / fish to play more and will help the economy.

thats bc he really doesnt know anything. his "getting x to 1 to call" is like the only thing he ever says, and half the time it doesnt make any sense lol. its really funny

I think he's a good player but he did play pretty bad in 5 card plo today. He bought in for 200 and cashed out with 1800 but he could've easily cashed out 3k plus. The hand where he flopped a set of kings and another player flopped a set of 5's was lol bad

He has never said he is even mediocre at 5c plo. He just started the game. All the 5c plo sessions he has had have been live streamed. But in NVG, that's enough to call him bad at poker, i guess.

it's not just 5cplo though. it's poker in general. I watched the stream when he played 20 game mix tourn. omg I've never laughed so much in my life. I understand if he doesn't normally play the games, but if you're a professional poker player you should at least have some clue. and if we really wanted to get into it, I'd say he's pretty bad at hold em too

If you have time to watch him all day, you should sit him all day everyday. Unless you're broke, you're hardly broke...... I mean your posts on the last two pages alone indicate a high roller and a very mean poker player.

While I certainly don't agree with his "we are getting x to 1 here I will happily call with 94 off in the bb".....You can't argue with his results 4 milly on hendon mob plus some big scores on the old full tilt and a recent 30K score in a 1K buyin on stars

I think its spewtastic to be such a hardcore blind defender.....and there are times when he gives his opponent no credit for a hand when it's obvious to me he/she has it.

Having said all that there are elements to the stream that I think have improved my game.

He has played 5c Omaha for about three weeks now. He admits the whole time he has not any good at it as he has only played it fro fun on the stream for the last three weeks.

I'd argue that him defending his bb so relentlessly is a very good approach against weaker players. It can be very frustrating to know that you will almost never be able to steal the blinds.
Doubt it is very smart in the pstars 1k buy ins though
