That's certainly a great formula, but I disagree that it's impossible to succeed without it. The #1 Dota streamer rarely uses a webcam, hardly says a word, and blasts awful music. But he's one of the best in the world, which is why people watch. I've also seen some very bland streamers with huge audiences in games like Hearthstone and Overwatch, for similar reasons.
As for the inverse, unskilled players with high charisma, no examples come to mind off the top of my head. However, there are TONS of successful personalities like that on YouTube. I'm sure that approach can work for live streaming as well.
I'm not saying Jaime fits that category, I don't know how skilled he is at poker. He seems nice though, and it's kinda sad seeing some of the bullying he gets. I wish him the best.
