He won lots back in the day (even though his online graph went straight up pre-black friday and then went straight down post-black friday) so lots of people think he is some sort of poker god. Even in the comments section on the youtube videos for these streams, people are vehemently defending him and saying to "stop disrespecting his name". Many people genuinely believe the guy is above criticism for his poker game, which is insane!
