Don't think you can find anything like that, but you can add a blur line in image scene and hide your name.

Should be pretty easy if the screen name is in a static position. Just position a HUD panel or create a block of color in OBS and place that over the screen name wherever it appears. If your tables are gonna pop up in different, random places, then I have no idea. Except maybe play on Ignition? lol
