Trying to understand where Keating gets his money. It's either he runs high stakes home games or he's a partner in some venture capital firm. But agree with his demeanor, after watching Persson, Mase and JRB act really pouty, Keating gives no sh*t attitude while down hundreds of thousands is too cool.

Yeah sense the same thing. JRB isn't so easy go lucky as when he was trying to push his "broke" lifestyle. But a plus million 2 day session has made him quite happy.

They really need to ban short stacking from stream games. It's a joke when the entire table buys in for 50K+ save for one asshat that buys in for 10K and nits it up the entire stream. Shot takers need to go as well. Sure, it's a part of the game but it has no place in a stream game imo.

I mean, people are only willing to lose so much money, especially so publicly.

If M-Th buyins were ~$10k and Fridays $30k, both match the stack, how big a hit would viewership take?

For me, I only care about the players, and not so much about the buyin.

For example, I wouldn’t tune in for a table of Wesley, Nick, Eli, Big John, Jeremy, Israeli Ron, Mayhem, Nik Airball, and Julie even if they bought in for $500k each.

Got to root for one of my best friends and old school online pro Eugene Yanayt aka Oogee. He’s won and lost 7 figures in a day multiple times battling at 2-7 triple draw and has somehow managed to continue to be successful without taking any short cuts. He’s also the original chess grandmaster/poker pro. They’re playing 25/50 plo tonight, should be a good time

This game tonight is hilarious. You got two people just getting vigorously rubbed down all night. Vertucci was getting his beard rubbed what a ****ing weirdo.

Then you got a guy who woke up one day and said to himself "I'm going to sing and wear a funny hat. That's going to be my thing." and the sopranos extra sitting next to him just pretends like it's not awkward as hell.

But the Asian girl talks with the exact same cadence and inflection as my grandmother though, and that makes me a little happy I guess.

Can we merge the Garrett thread with this thread? Also maybe Andy and maybe even the mikki thread. There’s also an angling thread. Maybe even a Wesley thread.

Anything pertaining to Hustler should be contained in one thread.

Just seems like all the hustler stuff is spread out and there’s no powerhouse thread like there should be for such a power house show.

Agree, this thread would be more fun in NVG

Ivey was somewhat more fun to watch last night, but not really.
He’s just a bore, and has been for years now on stream. And Garrett pointed out maybe twice that “last time Phil was here it was just dead silent, that sh-t sucks” but I think people are so intimidated by him they just sit there quietly and don’t make small talk or say anything. He kind of kills the “vibe”

He’s a huge get on paper
