Don't get me wrong my rants are not coming cause of jealousy not at all . It's just amazing why no body has questioned this dude how did he upped his game this fast ?

I always assumed someone staked him in the bigger games.

Was he a winning player in those 5/5 and 5/10 games?

Like a month ago, on Reddit, multiple people said he got a year(?) banning for selling/buying/trading large quantities of casino chips.
I assume they told him to stop, probably the casino doesn't want the money laundering potential on property. IDK

It's hard to go back and look because the "good old days" have been up for 2 years getting views, so I'm not sure.

Seems to be more "This sucks now" in the comments though.

I mean Fridays went from Garrett and everyone buying in 100-500K deep to someone tonight sitting with $5000 to start a 50/100

I didn't used to mind watching LATB where Nick V was a reg because he was a quiet nit who played poker. Now he's loud, obnoxious, and crushes the good vibes of the games he runs and plays in multiple times per week. I literally can't watch it, which is sad because I used to every night.

It’s just a bad look when the owner of the show plays in these curated, soft, brain dead lineups night in and night out, while bringing nothing to the table.

I mean sure he’s fun to root against, but if you play the least hands, and only play the top 8% of range pre it’s tough to lose.
He isn’t interesting, or smart, or funny or good for the game in any discernible way

I guess Emmit was giving him sh-t all night for being a nit, then lost, and Nick gave needled him back?
And Emmit walked off?
