I was watching one of Polk's vids and he was showing Gman talking about Andy. Long story short Gman doesn't think Andy is very good. His words were something along the lines of I'm tired of pretending this player and that player is good. Andy was one of the players mentioned. He later walked it back though

Andy got slaughtered last show obv, but he was only up $50k total on HCL after being on the show 42 times before that.

There’s still a **** ton of variance with straddles and deep stacks though.

Yes I think I have. Also I can't stand raver. He out and out said he doesn't give a **** about the core audience. After the first influencer game people in chat were saying HCL shouldn't chase an audience at the risk of losing their core audience. Curious as to how anyone would know how often HCL planned to have a influencer game. Also he didn't attack the commentors he attacked the core audience as a whole. I agree a influencer game once every few months want drive people away. You know what could though. Telling them you dont value them. Clearly that didnt happen in this case though as HCL is the most popular poker stream on YT. I mean i cant read minds but i assume they meant its more important to cater to the audience you have than to chase views. Ravers response implies that he thinks its more important to chase a new audience

its still a risk to insult them to chase an audience you may or may not gain Just ask Gillette or A&E. While its all good for HCL right now people are fickle and the ones that are just watching because they think its cool to watch rich people throw money around may become bored at some point. You run the risk of eventually not having much of an audience at all if the fly by nighters get bored and you piss the core audience off to the point they leave
