Seems like Doug had a misunderstanding and thought he was calling in during viewer call in and the belligerent drunk, budget carrot top lost his **** when doug spent a bunch of time trying to call in and apologize / correct the situation.

To be fair there is a posibility this was just to hype up the HU match and Limon will show up but the most likely scenario is Limon will just go into hiding and whine more about the situation on anything he's not banned from, so I guess reddit ? While Doug enjoys his time playing in the other cash games that are planned on LATB this week.

I wasn't told be there at 7, its a podcast. I was told that I was going on the pokersesh on Monday.

Also, the way it went down was I was asked if I would play Limon HU 50/100 on stream, I accepted.

Then, I was told he would only do it if I came on his show, I accepted. Then I was told his show was Monday at 7. I was not told "You are going on at 7 and its a podcast" I was told that I was supposed to come on Monday's show. If I had realized I was supposed to be there at 7 I would have been. For those of you that don't know, normally Limon's poker sesh is super casual and people come and go through the show.

I then spent the next like hour trying to get back onto the show, at some point you just have to say **** it, this guy is being an *******.

Is it wrong to be happy about how this went down?

I don't think limon ever intended to play. I think he wanted to have some sort of drama regardless, which he could use to back out of the match and bring attention to himself. Success.

While I agree that it's not good form to be late to an interview it sounds like an overreaction to cut off action because of it. Unless Doug has shown a pattern of standing Limon up before, seems more reasonable to give him the benefit of the doubt than to assume he did it purposely.

For the record, I have no issue with Limon insulting the great orange idiot on Twitter. I've tossed a few Twitter insults at Trump myself, but threatening physical harm is not smart --- especially when the Secret Service is monitoring Trump's account.
