My problem is that the plantiffs came up with ZERO evidence despite their lawyer appararently seeing the evidence that the casino said did not show Postle cheating. What did he see and why won't he tell us about it? Does it confirm his client's numerous accusations that Postle accessed the wifi and was chatting with co-conspirators, or does it not show that?

I have a problem when people make accusations, that turn out not to be shown in the evidence, but then go silent.

What happened to the Poker Star guy who was going to lead a statistical study on Postle's play? Did that never happen? Or did it happen, but it not show Postle was guilty, and the resuits hidden?

Lot's of accusations, nones of evidences.

We keep wanting people to go to prison because we put ourselves in dangerous situations and eventually we'll have the highest per capita prison population in the western world.
