Yeah, I tend to agree with this. I think Doug does a pretty good job of making things entertaining like news and stuff, but I would guess most people watching crypto videos are looking for opinions about which coins to invest in. That can quickly get into the "I never said I was an expert" area quickly.
What's interesting is his non-poker/non-crypto youtube account has videos on a variety of subjects, but the video that has by far the most views is about the 2018 election. I actually think if he was to focus on the presidential election, he would do a pretty good job. He seems to be pretty balanced (liberal on some issues and conservative on a few), could really give a pretty neutral view of the election. Also if you watch Fox News, CNN, or MSNBC most of the people talking about the election doesn't really know what they are talking about to begin with. Im still not sure if he could gain a huge following with that. Can he get non-poker players to watch that? But maybe that's something he can do if he gets back into Youtube (without focusing on poker)
