I'm confused.
How does Berkey ruin a show that's for Doug Polk week?
Isn't the show supposed to be all about Doug Polk?
And as a "pro"... isn't it proper for Berkey to bow out when he's losing big pots with AK against Doug's non-GTO bluffs like 98 on an A 7 7 board and then catching running 9's?
If Berkey is truly a "pro" - it seems quite responsible for him to realize he's running bad, playing bad and not in the right mental state to play at the highest limits. Remember, this ain't High Stakes Poker. He's not getting paid to put 100's of thousands of his (and investors') money on the line just to entertain you!
With all his connections and millions of fans, why can't Doug just call up a few of his online wizards to take the place of this one "clown?" How does ONE clown mess up an entire night's line-up?
I'll tell you what: I bet if it were Matt Berkey Week - there would be a line out the door wanting to play with him. Rec players like Tilly & Perkins enjoy playing against him.
Makes you wonder why nobody wants to play with Doug? (Maybe calling out a player in a whiny video isn't the best strategy to enticing future players interested in being part of future DPW line-ups... now is it?)
