If Justin didn’t start it, Austin would not have retaliated. Sure Austin took it to some weird places but to me, Justin is the problem. He should be banned from all streams and all casinos. He seems incapable of being normal, minding his own business and not causing confrontations, probably just a matter of time before he finds out for real. I encourage him to spend a week in Texas, preferably Houston.

I know this is racist to say (albeit racist against my own kind) but this is why I can only watch many of these poker streams in small doses. And that includes the Triton series, which is one of the better presentations in every other way.

Did anyone else find it amusing / sad the way the guy was all 'i've got freedom of speech to say whatever the f i like' and then the moment he didn't like what the other guy was saying he changed his tune to 'he can't say that'

He is clearly a huge moron and imo mentally unstable, but right there he was right though. He was within freedom of speech even though he was ruining the game for anyone watching, but the other guy was clearly over the line into actual threats. This wasnt even a "freedom of speech, not freedom of consequences" argument just because he heard something he didnt like. By legal standards"I will kill and torture you and your mom" comments are not within freedom of speech.

So because you're aware that it's mental gymnastics to say within a sentence or two of each other 'i can say what i want' and 'you can't say that', you have to resort to legal gymnastics in order to square this particular circle. got it

Ok people grossly misunderstand freedom of speech and im no expert myself but i do know a couple things. First it doesn't give you the right to threaten someone but you have to prove ill intent. Second the casino would have had every right to throw him out Also how did that guy not catch a beat down after the stream. Why is the production for these other streams always so second rate compared to HCL? Is it that hard to emulate the camera angles, lighting etc that HCL does?

Theres no mental gymnastics. One comment is clearly within freedom of speech and the other isnt. This isnt even some modern attempt to rehash what freedom of speech entails. Its just how the law works with regards to the line between actual threats and just being an annoying moron.

Watched some the first week, they had some big names and good lineups.

Was actually impressed with the production and look of BBP, thought it would be a real competitor for HCL.

Best since the first couple episodes, the lineups just haven't been appealing enough to watch for more then just a glance. It has become an after thought. Would have thought being in Vegas would be even better then LA to attract poker players people wanted to see play. Guess I was wrong about that.

Since the start it seems like they were trying to prop up Kier or whatever his name was. Not only had I never heard of him before, but he seems a little annoying and a try hard. If that it going to be your staring reg, good luck.

I don’t think Kier is a reg. He seems like a crypto kid/main attraction. I thought Persson was well connected in Vegas so I’m also a little surprised that they haven’t put on better lineups.
