Classic 2+2. Attack with no actual supporting argument. ToS is only part legal and usually the corporation is the party responsible for any legal breach (not the customer). In this case switching screen names is not a legal matter. It's an administrative choice the poker provider has made. It's more expensive to allow that option. So no it's not a legal or moral argument. It's a "I want to be as profitable as possible" argument.
In poker you also want to be as profitable as possible. BH has made himself a profitable by consistently finding an edge. This reminds me of something which I'm sure you're unaware of.
Did you know? It used to be legal for senators to trade and profit on inside information? Pretty recently too. There was no law against it and they would use that to become wealthier. Is it fair? No, but what is truly fair? The senators used the system to their advantage. No trading knowledge necessary. At least BH poker skill was still necessary and there was a chance he could lose.
BH then is a poker senator. And you are nothing. Whine as loud as you want, it won't change anything.
