+1 on fun episode.

Antonio was taking so much the worst of it on the wake boarding video. He should just hand Phil $100. He's drawing dead because Phil was so animated selling it, he was so happy, and his charisma was going to make people interested in whatever thing he was going to show. How could you not be excited? Terrible bet by Antonio

Shout out to Joey for uploading everything to iTunes.

Currently enjoying the Igor podcast during a 3 hour drive.

Antonio was great too.

Awesome recent podcasts with Chance and Antonio. 1 min with Laak on the podcast and it's obvious he would be f'in hilarious on a full podcast.

Just saw that you have over 10k followers on YouTube. Next time you're out in LA look up the youtube studio in Playa Vista. People with over 10k followers get access to special classes and events there I'm pretty sure. Could be a cool thing to check out since it seems like YouTube is your go to place to post stuff.

I guess you have to attend an orientation thing to get access to their stuff https://www.youtube.com/yt/space/la-space-access.html

Antonio is so polarizing, I have no idea if I like him or hate him.

Before the podcast I kinda hate Antonio, now I kinda like him. He is a good actor or a good person.

Well done Joe

Just because it's "completely legal" doesn't mean it's right.

Why don't you take a first grade English class and a second grade logic class then come back and try again?
How can you be this clueless your either trolling or just a complete moron...

Perso, I'd like more degens/legends like Isildur, Ilari or xblink/xwink (89blist on 2p2). Failing that, Nanonoko would be great.
Wasn't xblink/wink a superuser on UB?

It won't stop me from watching his podcast though.
I agree, but his quote thats how things kinda work i think its referring to the fact these top players have a hard time getting action these days, a fish doesnt want to play the guy pokerlisting has rated as the biggest winner of the year or having some other pro sit out when you arrive. So i can see playing on a different account just to become a unknown once again where your able to drop down to 5-10 without a thread being started about how your now broke.

Classic 2+2. Attack with no actual supporting argument. ToS is only part legal and usually the corporation is the party responsible for any legal breach (not the customer). In this case switching screen names is not a legal matter. It's an administrative choice the poker provider has made. It's more expensive to allow that option. So no it's not a legal or moral argument. It's a "I want to be as profitable as possible" argument.

In poker you also want to be as profitable as possible. BH has made himself a profitable by consistently finding an edge. This reminds me of something which I'm sure you're unaware of.

Did you know? It used to be legal for senators to trade and profit on inside information? Pretty recently too. There was no law against it and they would use that to become wealthier. Is it fair? No, but what is truly fair? The senators used the system to their advantage. No trading knowledge necessary. At least BH poker skill was still necessary and there was a chance he could lose.

BH then is a poker senator. And you are nothing. Whine as loud as you want, it won't change anything.

I'm sorta with you up to 'BH then is a poker senator' - you know MAing is against the ToS right?

My point ITT has been that ToS is not actual laws. They may be derived from laws or aligned to laws but they are not actual laws (I know you understand this with your background).

and that the world is full of loop holes (ie: legal insider trading for senators, corporate inversion, many more)

BH loop holed some people like a senator would.

lets have a proper hastings one where you call him out on everything and let him defend himself. 99% of people in poker think he's the biggest scumbag but you seem best of friends, I'm sure you know a different side to him. why not help him revamp his image and give him a chance to say his peace without people instantly shooting him down.

ToS certainly form part of a binding contract between the player and the site. It's also - at a stretch - possible to argue that they are the basis of a binding contract between the players; or, depending on the context, the victim players may have a claim against the site, and the site an indemnity to claim based upon.

That said, tbh I've never really read the Stars ToS so I can't comment further.

Agree with pads , for him it has to be a no brainier it can only make things better, his reputation is in tatters . it's just whether he has the balls to come on and take the heat.
