Streaming issues, any help? Streaming issues, any help?

Hi guys,

i am trying to setup my stream and switching between tables is becoming a little bit of an issue for me. I am not too sure on the best way to do it.

I tried using scene switcher so when i click on a table it changes scene, then i can just have a scene with the window capture of that table there. When i do this and preview the stream, after three or 4 switches between tables it just stops working. I have no idea why.

What do you think is the best way to switch between tables during stream.
I want to stream on a 1 table layout but play more than one table at once and will change tables during stream.

Cheers for any help you may be able to provide.

Set up tables in a 2x2 grid on one monitor. If you play more than 4 tables, stack them accordingly. Give each quadrant its own scene and monitor capture (not window capture). Set up hotkeys to switch between scenes.

This takes some getting used to, but it quickly becomes second nature.

Cheers! Bit awkward for a single monitor setup but I can see that working. I guess I will just setup the overlay on the first scene with everything, copy it and introduce each table as a monitor capture. I play 6 tables but have 6 macro keys on my keyboard so that could be convenient to set up a hotkey.

I haven't got a tutorial. Pm me if you want. I've got a method which works pretty well now. I might fight a post somewhere here maybe

I had an issue with these on the 2nd or 3rd tume of streaming, in obs live help the admin said that this is impossible and pure luck if it works. Got a fix now though
