Hello all,

I was thinking about streaming cash games for entertainment and I guess to analyze my plays after. I am aware that there are stream snipers out there. What would be a safe stream delay?

Thanks,

I use 3.5 minutes for MTTs. Slightly bigger for big MTTs with longer time bank. I'm not sure how that would translate to cash though.

Just curoius, but why would any delay matter?

IF they can see your exposed cards 10 sec, 30 sec,
5 min later, does the length of time matter that much?

Well, as many hands last more than 10 / 30 seconds, your hole cards will be visible on stream before many hands end. That is not a good thing.

Ideally, I'd like to have a delay that is long enough so that I can't get stream sniped while being timely enough to chat with viewers.

if you want to be exact you must add the time back for each player for each betting street together that can vary from site to site. a good average is 5 min.
