We currently live stream our final table of our poker league so players who have already gone home can see who wins and how the action goes down.

My question is how do I add commentary to a delayed video feed. I want to add commentary to our feed like the WSOP does, tuchman watches a monitor in the booth and commentates live on what hes seeing. However that video feed hes seeing is delayed a certain amount of time. What we want to do is have a couple guys in another room talk about hands that they are seeing and trying to guess what certain players could have without possibility of anyone hearing what the commentators are saying and using this to an advantage. Meaning we want to be able to say "john really needs to pick up his aggression from the button soon." Wo/ john hearing this and then using it as an advantage. Im guessing we'd need a 10-20 min delay. Our events go pretty quickly(20 min levels)

I currently use OBS on mac. we have 4 webcams we can use(1 being the facetime camera on the mac). What setup would we need? would this work better using 2 computers? How to we record a video feed and play it back while its still recording? Help if possible!
