OBS is a free one and works well IMO.

OBS indeed seems to be the common program of choice. I haven't used that, but I have tinkered with XSplit (I believe this is what Joe Ingram uses), and found it to be very capable and user friendly.

One thing that is both good and band about OBS is that once you are live, I dont see a way to set up and preview a new scene. You can bring up a previously saved scene but other than fumbling around changing things while ou are live, there is not way to make changes cleanly that you haven't preset.

The good part is that it is pretty simple once you understand the basics.
