Live Streaming on Twitch (LC/General Chat) - Page 37 - YouTube Podcasts & Twitch Streams -- Two Plus Two Poker Forums

I admit that I do not follow many Twitch streamers but it seems like just randomly picking ones to check out, I am coming across many of them that have the audio removed because of copyright issues.

I assume this is because of the music streaming in the background. Good way to ruin someones archives because for me, I have little interest in watching a stream if I cannot have the commentary to go along with it.

Is this a recent crackdown? Is it common or did I just happen to pick 3/5 people who have been subject to this?

By the way it looks, It would seem Poker on twitch is dying out. Big dog's stream and AJFenix's stream seem to be the only good ones anymore.

Haven't seen much from Sommerville or Gripsed but I'm attributing this to the WSOP. Now, there's 2 guys streaming old episodes of stuff and The likes of WildHungarian pimping "Coaching" for subs which is absurd and laughable.

I hope that it returns to the momentum it had earlier.

They are breaking TOS. But it needs to be reported by the owners of the content. It was the reason I stopped streaming. easywithaces on twitch!

Would surely be in the long term interests on Twitch to ban them each time they pop up though. It's old content, very old content, which doesn't make for sustainable original stream content.

Was usually at work when you streamed but it was good content and was happy to subscribe. Definitely a shame you felt compelled to stop streaming because of it.

Hopefully twitch adopt a sensible line.

It seems like the amount of streams is up. Bink is my new favorite entertainment type stream. He gets deep a lot and acts goofy. Binikiwax needs more love though. Probably the best skilled player streaming plus plays a bigger schedule.

Viewer counts in the 2+2 overview would suggest this. It's a good thing for sure. But maybe people are just fed up with seeing the same clips over and over again.

Seems so, I saw one account was banned due to ToS. It's too bad, i enjoyed getting a Gabe Kaplan fix whenever I wanted it. It'd be nice if they could work something out to show that stuff. Personally I have no interest in watching someone 4 table .05-.10.

Another stream seems to have started showing EPT content, I assume they aren't allowed to, so reported it to twitch and Pokerstars.

Wish twitch would just remove this ****. People can just watch that crap on Youtube on demand if they want to.
