opened this stream when I saw it about 20mins ago as I recognised the name but didn't know who it was.

After 2 hands he opens AK from middle and folds to a 3bet. Citing the reason for folding as "i just have to fold this"

Guys like this might actually be good for the poker economy.

Had to close the stream after 15 mins. The **** he was doing was too cringe worthy to watch, and I'm just a microstakes player.

Playing against him the correct strategy probably is - Raise ATC.

1- Is it possible to only stream the tables, but not myself, except the voice? I'd be okay with an intro with myself talking for 5-15 minutes, but might feel distracted by permanent camera

2- Would I be able to play 3-4 tables, while only streaming one of them?

3- Are there any instructional videos on how to use twitch optimally?

4 - Is it true that each subscriber earns me about 2,50$ per month, plus... donations?
