Today has been a big step forward for poker. Jcarver recently just went #1 on highest viewership with 21.1k viewers (10mins ago), 2k higher then 1 of the biggest streamers on twitch.

also that blade dude who supposedly has a good stream, i couldnt access his channel. it said it violated TOS basically

I have no clue why he was banned but I will say that I found it pretty shady that when he was playing at the same table as StickyRice1 he not only put StickyRice's name in his own stream title but also broadcast sticky rice's stream from a window in his channel (in addition to streaming the table itself) essentially stealing viewers from StickyRice because one could just watch StickyRice's antics from BTCBlade's stream.

There is a 30 second delay inherent in the streams plus most broadcasters put a 3 to 7 minute delay on their broadcasts so it is a non issue. The few that don't delay are easily exploitable.

There was a broadcast on Sunday, can't remember the steam name but the name of the Stars player was IWANTSTARSPRO, or something very like that. Although he was playing cash games there were two guests on the channel one of whom was playing a fairly decent BI MTT on Full Tilt. The guy playing the MTT was pretty obviously not great and was being told what to do, when to bet, how much etc.

It's not exactly a twitch issue, it clearly happens a lot, just it was broadcast this time. Surely such streamers leave themselves open to being challenged by the rooms? It was clearly cheating. I don't think IWANT...... Was doing anything wrong but it did happen on his stream.

^^Makes sense. I've seen this done a couple times but always with the other streamers permission, like they were interacting together on skype or something while doing it.

Being ultra narcissistic, dickish and one of those folks that didn't think rules applied to him, probably the same reason he was banned on Twitch.

Anyone can rehost anyone else's stream so I doubt that was the main reason.
