Chinese kid Wesley from Hustler Live...

What is everyone's thoughts on that Chinese kid Wesley that plays on the Hustler Live games? Guy claims to be a crypto millionaire and supposedly has just learned the game. Not sure if this is actually true or if anyone can verify it.

He has very poor poker table etiquette and loves to needle others. The guy is definitely an interesting character. Do you guys find him entertaining or should his behavior be discouraged?

Word is that he was in the Main Event this year running up one of the top stacks on Day 1 and 2 and blatantly hitting on Xuan Liu at the table.

I find the claim that Wesley made his money in crypto believable. Anyone can have made unlimited money in crypto you just had to get in with conviction early and hold.

He predicted the collapse of Luna btw, which is semi-sick.

Fun to see him make a run in the ME. His poker isn't terrible, he adjusts well to people. His mannerisms at the table is another story - he's like an autistic chinese whale speech wise with his needling

Seems to be an alright guy. People throw the autistic label around so weirdly on here. People call this dude and guys like jungleman autistic when they’re actually socially graceful and interesting. And then completely ignore how guys like Linus, Galfond, and Haxton act way more autistic and are the last ****ing goons you’d ever want to talk to.

The best way I would describe him to someone else who has never watched him play on HCL is that he's the most likeable douchebag you'll ever watch. Yes, he acts like a complete turd. Yes, if anyone else acted like him you'd hate him or her. But, for some reason, you just end up liking and rooting for Wesley anyways. It's weird, but it is what it is.

The worst part is that a couple hands before TT vs AA keating had AA vs AK of Wesley’s and Wesley puts in 50k pre and leaves over 100k behind which keating later doubles up for Wes.
