Yo! I've been streaming poker semi regularly since this past January! I've decided I want to get a customized overlay for my stream. I already have a logo, just need an overlay. Anyone know who can make me one? Willing to pay some dough (obviously)

I'm a micro stakes newbie starting a bankroll challenge to get from $50 on PokerStars to $10000. Watch me tilt and scream and yell at all the young poker whippersnappers as they suck out on me on the river.

WHY DO STREAMERS hit their"bet 40 or 50% pot button and change the number to something so similar? so many streamers do this, pretty much all of them, defeats the purpose even having the bet button there yur preferred cbet size.

Its funny, and even funnier when very deep in a tourney, theyd go to Cbet and hti the 40% btton and it will show 446045, the streamer will then highlight it then take time off timebank and change that nmber to 441092 and thenmake the bet. These same people are the ones who ***** about not having timebanks too after they just waste them.
Why cant they just hit bet 40% button then bet it, why wiggle it around to some number thats NEVER the 40% as if it matters if u bet a few thousand off it lol

Question:

Has any streamer ever played the live poker with delay off-screen, and streamed the delay “live” so that the chat discussion is in real time with regard to the hands being viewed by the audience?

Is this allowed by twitch tos? Would this help a small streamer get started? Watching a new streamer play on a delay and waiting 5 minutes to slowly chat back and forth is the nut low.

The streamer can respond in real time in text chat but I cant see anyone running the stream without a minimum 5 minute delay to protect their game.

Thanks Videopro. What I mean, which is hard to explain, is that the streamer has a live poker session, which he then time shifts with a 5 minute delay, and then feeds that to twitch and narrates that live. So the viewer is watching poker from 5 minutes ago, but the streamer is commenting and reacting live.

I am just wondering if this is allowed on twitch, and if this would help a new streamer. Being able to talk directly to viewers would be quite a surprise to anyone familiar with poker streams.

Maybe could be something new?

Its a good idea but it is a feature the streaming software suppliers would have to support. Otherwise it would take two computers to pull it off. One for the initial stream and a second to take it back in delayed and add the current commentary.

The person doing the stream would have to be great at multitasking in order to be playing current games while commenting on delayed games. Not too many folks can handle that.

Would we way too difficult imo. You'd have to be commenting on several tables that your audience is playing while also trying to play your "real time" tables.

Is there any particular reasons the poker streamers play music in the background? Does twitch require it or recommend it or something? Having to listen to music I don't like is the chief reason I can can't watch poker streamers much. If I want to listen to music ,I can play what I want on my own.

They want to fill the silence when they don't have anything to say is my guess. Agree with you that it makes watching most of the streams near impossible but I think that people like us are pretty tiny part of the audience.

I don't mind the music when it is at a tolerable volume and just basically quite background noise, however people who play the volume of music at the same as the mic is just awful. Also people who play terrible music can be very off putting to watch for majority of viewers.

I can only speak for myself. I listen to music when i play when not streaming, so want to have it on when streaming also. It also helps minimize some of the annoying lip smacking and other noises. But that might just be something I care about because im one of those people who cant stand to hear people eat...so any of those kind of noises drive me insane.

Finally, on my stream viewers can make song requests that auto add to the YouTube que...viewers seem to get in to that.
