No I guess. I had to watch the hand multiple times, the commenting is annoying. So summarize

Bubble 15 left 13 paid. Limitless or 2.5x k9s Co, sb fish2013 shoves (he 3bet with 500 chips behind) 7bb so basically limitless is getting almost 3:1 odds and he folds,, with a relative big stack

Also doesn't look like a miss click.

One could argue chip dumping or he thinks fish2013 reshove range is kk+ only lol. Against every other range he would get odds to call easily and with his stack icm shouldn't be a big deal.

Might he want to abuse the bubble here? Wouldnt the chip counts of all players + the payout structure be very important to his decision.

Didnt see the hand FWIW, but those thoughts immediately came to mind.

I've seen folds like this being +ev, not sure about this one.

Obviously that line doesn't exist in optimal play. That hand is just a shove pre with bubble ICM. Could be collusion, could be he's just bad at ICM and misapplied something. I imagine it's fairly common that highroller regs swap action so I'm leaning more towards the collusion side.

If you are chip-leader at your table (or second in good position), I think it's sometimes right to give up some EV to keep a shortstack alive, because you get more value out of spots before the bubble, than after it busts.
This is just the same thing as "managing"-stack-sizes when you have a big lead at a final-table, and want to keep or create more high ICM-pressure situations by raise/folding vs a ~10bb stack, like when you have +75bb, and a few others have ~25bb stacks, for example.
