After this hand he went on a 20 minute rant telling everyone who said he punted are idiots and sucka t poker. This hand is classic Lex, theres really no defending it. Its pisspoor and worst shove of ll time and he cries about losing Bustoville soon hopefully

He seems to be making some weirdass moves from the 2007 playbook. Have no idea why.

He probably is the most entertaining pokerstreamer but his plays are questionable and so is his personality.

I'm happy about that. There're thousands of players watching that are gonna think to learn about Lex's plays in some way. That's a big +. For the same reason it wouldn't be good if he went bust. Which isn't that likely, I had a look at his overall HH and he is 0 bb/100 over a large sample. Include the Stars sponsorship and Twitch income and he makes money.

I was really surprised to see that he has more than 3k subs when the avg audience is like 5k people. That has to be one of the best ratios for sure.

kinda funny how he always cries about people being toxic when he can't deal with standard poker variance lol

Dude should try out for the NFL .

Lot of teams could use a good punter.

I like Lex but rooting for him can be brutal at times.

This. I enjoy watching him when he's in a good mood and running well, but all he does when he's losing is taking his frustrations out on people in the chat.

yeah and when he cres abot runnin bad when he got gifted like 100k 2 months ago. he should be down sooooo much money but LUCK got him there, in 6 months i predict 60 to 70k losses. 15kish so far i think
The funniest moments are when he says"thanks raiseyouredge" when he makes a terrible nit fold, when hes normally the biggest spewtard in the world

Good shove. Just unlucky the guy had blockers for the straight draw on a checked through board.

I would love to know how he decides who is a fun player etc. It's like 80% of the new faces are fun players and then he marks players like stapler "a very good reg". Yeah they are both stars pros but come on now.

Yeah i agree the j2o defend probably was the only real mistake in that hand.

He almost folded tens and i think many regs including myself actually would fold tens there.

I wasn't talking about the shove itself, but when talking about why the guy called he mentioned that he had blockers to a straight draw (that didn't complete). I fail to see how that is relevant in any way on a board that got checked on flop and turn.

Because JT T9 is in that range lex shoves on the river. And the other dude blocks that holding tens. Can't remember the exact board but the point is lex is shoving missed draws and the dude blocks those hands holding tens.

I can see that 1010 blocks missed draws. But why would Lex be shoving missed draws and not a random other hand without showdown value in a hand that had no postflop action until his river shove? Lex’ flop and turn play doesn’t indicate he had a draw so what’s the relevance of blocking those?

I take it your not a huge Lex fan? You really do like *****ting on him, did he offend you personally or something?

Just like his 100K upswing did’t prove he is a good player, a 20k downswing doesn’t mean anything either. Not that I think he’s an exceptional player, but the relevance of short term results is highly overrated. You can ‘call’ a 20k downswing on any high stakes player and be right within a year.

Guys like WhatsupGuys are a bit jealous of the twitch succes, as long as you don't play this volume on this stakes, just shut up. I met Lex several times in real life, he is a very nice guy, talking to anybody who plays poker, even if he don't know them.
He is a poker ambassador, he played on the highest stakes with the best in the world, so that makes a lot of people jealous... He never said he's the best in MTT's but he's working on it. All the guys that have comment on his plays, try to do a twitch session yourself, where you revael every hand and talking to 6000 people while multitabling. I think most of you would make a lot more mistakes then Lex, and if you don't like his stream, it's simple, don't watch!

I like it a lot!

Agreed. He has a very entertaining stream. Will continue to tune in.
