BB Canada does not make kev a list. Maybe in can but not in US. I'm not even sure BB is on in the US. Someone on a stupid show like teen mom has way more celebrity status. Hopefully he gets back to streaming soon but I don't see it as a real priority.

What's up with Kevin making the point constantly that he isn't a pro poker player yet both times he's competed on BB, his occupation was presented as a pro poker player? He even gave a big spiel on tv about how he loves being a pro.

I'd guess it's because in Canada you don't have to pay income tax on winnings from casual gambling but you do if you are a professional gambler.

Belgium has a similar tax policy and if you watch last year's WSOP coverage Kenny Halleart would constantly point out that he was a tournament director for the same reason.

my friends family member kinda wishes they were never on the show and they did quite well but basically got paid min. wage and even after being 1 of the more polarizing figures on the season it only got them about a few thousand instagram followers & few thousand twitter followers & many creepy stalkish dm's, i'm pretty sure that not many or probably none of the people that watch BB/fans of BB are now tuning in to watch Kmart stream poker

IN regards to Kevins buy ins, I will give him credit. He plays what he can beat and where he feels he belongs. Its just smart. If Kevin played a 3 thousand dollar highstake schedle everyday he will lose 5 figures a month guaranteed. His game cant compete at that level. The Sunday mill is great value and full of satty fish so its ok.

The cheapness though makes me not like him. I think its pathetic . He has a big awakening whenever the pokerstars gravytrain ends and he doesnt have life gifted to him anymore.

Haters gonna hate. He's just a great streamer, and thats why pokerstars signed him. In terms of poker he isn't any better then most mid staked regs, but 99% of then cannot stream as well as him and/ or have the charisma of him.
