Maybe for some. It definitely hurts people like staples though. He'll have to do what he did before and move his schedule around when Jason is streaming.

I think Jamie has already done this. He is now starting his streams a few hours ahead of Jason if I'm not mistaken. He started doing this when he came back from his break for the WSOP...pretty sure it was planned with what you have said in mind. Jason is also taking breaks and streaming longer this season so it's going to be hard for others to stream around his schedule.

So, I used to watch RIU on youtube up until the #250 episode with scott seiver. And started watching his streams a couple of days ago when he started again. But uhm.. where is the original bankroll he was going to run up to 10K?

Am I the only one who finds his repetitions incredibly annoying? It's like watching Jimmy-Two-Times stream poker.

Yes.

Chatter that is upbeat and enthusiastic is better than dead air and mindless multi-tabling stares that you see in most other streams.

I believe the Run it Up Challenge was a hook in the beginning to get viewers to tune in daily. Additionally, since he was in Vegas the player pool and game selection was tiny on Ultimate compared to what PS has to offer.

The 1k Super Tuesday sounds a lot more entertaining than grinding 1/2.

WOW he just completely butchered that QJ vs AAA hand then got AK next hand to get some chips back, him trying to reason thinking behind that hand...I cant believe he got lucky top set runner runner nut flush...

jcarver aka SPEWTARD

he can't stop talking about the hand either but it was absolutely horrendous though

He kept talking about it because he realizes how bad it was.

No, you're not.

Definitely not picking on Jason here as all the established streamers with few exceptions trot out the same buzzwords with tedious regularity. Thankfully for them no matter how often they spout the same thing people throw money at them and lap it up. Hey, they get to suck up to 'celebrity' and have their name mentioned on stream in front of a few thousand people.

Only Jason really offers any competition to the good gaming streams viewer wise.

It's great. I'm a huge wrestling fan and his stuff is akin to The Rock saying "if you smell what The Rock is cooking" and I bet 99% of people on this board would recognize it and know his "brand". Same marketing. jason.

Only thing that annoys me is the constant talk about pot odds in tournaments especially in late game play because preserving chips will often be paramount to that.

Does/Did the rock say his line 20-30 times in the one fight? If he did then I'm guessing it got boring extremely quickly. Plus, if he was playing to the crowd each time he said it, he's surely leaving himself open to being hit with a plastic tyre iron or something.

There is a lot of Viewers out there which have no clue about Poker.
JCarver does a perfect Job in getting Recreational Players or Gamers closer to the Game.
Also if his Repetitions might be annoying to experienced Players, he brings you Recs on YOUR Tables, so youŽd better be thankfull instead of annoyed.

If the rock was on screen by himself for 6 hours straight he probably would.

He brings absolutely no one to my table, I can guarantee that, but I'm aware the comment wasn't directed at me.

It might be necessary (Doesnt mean it isn't repetitive to the point of annoying), and to be fair its not even Jason that I was criticising for the most part, the only thing I recall him saying a lot when I have been viewing is the 'peaking' thing.

I think I will probably actually throw a sub his way in the near future, not that he needs it, or will likely even notice. Actually, it's charging me a fee on top of the sub, so **** that idea.
